Course overview

Employees spend more waking hours at work than they do with their families. Leadership is an incredible responsibility! Leadership is the skill of influencing people to action, with character that inspires confidence and excellence. The role of leadership is not exclusive to owners and management but a trait that should be learned by all. We are all leaders, and our actions may impact co-workers, the families we serve, the communities we live in, places we worship, our families and personal relationships. Whether it is dealing with difficult people, calming a tough situation, listening, or knowing when to use reason or emotional true leadership is a skill that we cultivate remembering that someone is always watching.
