This is a 20 hours course about Diastasis Rectus Abdominis with videos (lectures, demonstrations, consultations, assessments, and exercises), written content, handouts, case studies, reflection questions and an 0.5 hr examination. It has been designed for you (health and fitness professionals) to enhance your evaluative skills in screening, differential diagnosis, assessment, and management of people with Diastasis Rectus Abdominus. By the end of the course, you will be able to: 1. Evaluate Diastasis Rectus Abdominus (DRA) using a biopsychosocial framework 2. Construct a person-centered approach to the assessment and management of a person with DRA 3.
