This course presents the clinico-scientific approach to physical diagnosis and treatment of neural disorders associated with the musculoskeletal system. Patient features and newly validated mechanisms are used to connect the neural and musculoskeletal systems in an evidence-based framework with clinical reasoning for diagnosis and treatment of a range of common musculoskeletal disorders such as low back pain, lumbar radiculopathy and sciatica, piriformis syndrome, tarsal tunnel syndrome, cervical radiculopathy and nerve root pain, lateral elbow pain and carpal tunnel syndrome. Key features include: - physical diagnosis and manual techniques - systematic approach whilst catering for patient uniqueness. - inclusion and exclusion criteria. - diagnostic categories. - progressions from low to high performance for the athlete. - resolution strategies: home management and exercises. The course consist of two days practical instruction and supervision from certified Neurodynamic Solutions instructors and three months online access.
