THIS COURSE WILL QUALIFY TO RENEW YOUR LICENSE DURING THE 2025 - 2026 YEARS. Especially in the months of January, February and March of 2025, you can use this course to satisfy the required TREC Core to renew your license. OUR COURSES ARE DELIVERED DIRECTLY AND IMMEDIATELY TO YOU BY EMAIL. The TREC has determined that affiliate brokers and more recently licensed brokers who are required to complete continuing education must complete a specific (6) hour "Core" course as part of the required 16 hours of continuing education in order to renew their license. The licensee may take EITHER the Residential version or Commercial version. this course satisfies that requirement.
