Retro: Backing into Function
Tracking # 20-1286634
Course overview
In life, there are times when we seem to take three steps forward and two steps backward. Normally when that happens it is not a positive development. However, in function there are times when we need to intentionally reverse our steps in order to effectively evaluate, rehabilitate, and train. In this issue of The Functional Video Digest, Gary Gray and Dr. David Tiberio discuss retro methodology and demonstrate retro evaluative, rehabilitative, and training techniques. Within the issue, Gary discusses the importance of understanding and appreciating the unique biomechanical features of Retro ambulation. Understanding how to effectively utilize reverse function is another power tool to aid us in improving functionality.
