Homeworkable: The Power of Encouragement
Tracking # 20-1286655
Course overview
Homework, the very word can send most school kids running. However, as it relates to function, the homework we design for our clients, athletes, and patients is an essential part of the rehabilitation and training process. What they do while they aren't under our watchful eye will tell the story of how quickly and successfully they will recover and improve their function. In this issue of the Functional Video Digest Series, Gary Gray, Dr. David Tiberio, Bob Wiersma, and Brian McEwan join forces to exam the topic of homeworkable programs. Gary dives into properly designing functional homeworkable, homeplayable, and homerestable programs. Together they unpack the concepts involved in designing them and reveal how the power of encouragement is the essential ingredient in making them successful.
