Participants will be able to name the core principles of harm reduction and their relevance in behavioral health settings, will be able to describe the use of methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone in addiction treatment, and the clinical evidence supporting their effectiveness, will be able to describe recent legal cases and regulatory frameworks ensuring access to MOUD, will be able to describe the impact of stigma on treatment engagement and strategies to mitigate it in clinical settings, and will be able to develop interventions that integrate harm reduction, advocacy, and MOUD to promote client engagement and well-being.
