Nurses need to be educated on ways to precept that are based on evidence to ensure best patient outcomes. Part two of a two-part series, this program discusses the details of a nursing preceptor program, with topics including the different phases of the education coordination process, the importance of effectively implementing each phase, and how to successfully carry out each phase. There is also a discussion about how implicit bias may impact healthcare.
