Course overview

Participants will be able to name two reasons why mandatory disclosure is one of the most important aspects of client care, will be able to define three aspects of team meetings that should be reviewed with the client prior to each meeting, will be able to name three aspects of creating your own ethical decision-making model as it directly relates to working with referral sources and on a clinical team, will be able to describe how to deal with releases of information that have been revoked and how to respond to subpoenas, and will be able to describe how to manage professional dual relationships, manage situations in which you disagree with the opinion of a team member, and the importance of obtaining and maintaining a relationship with a clinical supervisor/consultant.
