Course Overview: This course is designed to help mental health professionals develop a better understanding of boundaries in clinical practice. The course will cover ethical issues related to boundaries, such as dual relationships, self-disclosure, and confidentiality. It will also provide practical strategies for establishing and maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients. Upon completion of this course, participants will have a thorough understanding of the importance of boundaries in clinical practice, ethical considerations, and practical strategies to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients. Participants will receive a certificate of completion and earn three (3) continuing education units (CEUs).
