Parents will learn practical strategies to foster healthy child development while maintaining their own well being, including managing parent burnout and building resilient family structures. Through evidence based lessons, interactive discussions, and real-world examples, this course equips parents with the tools needed to navigate the demands of modern parenting while nurturing strong, connected, and resilient families. Course Objectives: At the end of the course, you will learn to: establish age appropriate guidelines and healthy boundaries that promote positive development in children; implement effective strategies for ensuring online safety and managing childrens screen time responsibly; balance childrens enrichment activities and free play to support their growth and development without leading to overscheduling; develop supportive homework strategies that promote independence while avoiding the pitfalls of overparenting; recognize the signs of parent burnout and apply self care techniques to maintain well-being and emotional balance; set realistic expectations for themselves and their children, fostering a positive and supportive family dynamic; build and strengthen support systems within and outside the family to create a network of resources and assistance, and foster strong family connections through values, traditions, and rituals that reinforce family identity and unity.
