Effective trainers across rehabilitation professions have many skills and qualities that enable them to navigate three important roles: instructor facilitator and coach. This course the second in a three-part series explores the many responsibilities of a trainer highlighting the importance of tailored delivery methods targeted skills development and comprehensive feedback methods that ensure meaningful learning outcomes for adult learners from other rehabilitation professionals to students and patients. This course aims to provide an overview of the many roles and responsibilities of a rehabilitation trainer.
