Course overview

Home Loans for Veterans - The purpose of this training is to provide a basic overview of the VA home loan program. It is designed to give a general understanding of the VA loan, who is eligible and how they qualify. This course is part one of 3 courses. The other 2 are VA 102: Busting the Myths (Approved 2 HRS) and VA 103: The VA Appraisal (Approved 2 HRS) both currently approved.

Attendance and Tardiness

In order to receive credit, the attendees must be present at the start of the course and throughout the entire course. There will be a sign in sheet passed at the beginning of each class; with name, time and signature. If an attendee is late to the course after it has begun they will be told at that time, if no more than 15 minutes late they can remain after the course is complete to make up the 15 minutes of review or if more than 15 minutes they will be told they can stay for the course but will not receive credit for the course.

During the course, inattentive attendees will be warned if creating distractive behavior for others. (i.e. using electronic devices, texting, taking or making phone calls, side conversations, etc.) If the behavior continues they will be asked to leave and will not receive credit for the course. 

Breaks. There will be 2 5 minute breaks for bio breaks and to stretch legs. Any breaks beyond that will extend the time of the course.
