Course overview

This 45-hour advanced pharmacology course is designed to equip licensed nurse practitioners with the clinical knowledge and pharmacotherapeutic expertise required for safe, evidence-based prescribing across diverse patient populations. Emphasizing the therapeutic uses and biological effects of drugs, the course explores pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pharmacogenomics, drug interactions, and the management of adverse effects.
