This 1-hour webinar will cover the basic concepts behind the clinical management of dog and cat plant exposures. We will focus on common landscape and ornamental plants. We will discuss tactics to help the clinician overcome the common obstacles to performing a risk assessment and developing a treatment plan for patients. The management of these cases will be presented in a systems-based fashion to allow us to cover a broad range of toxic plants within the hour. Please note that food plant exposures (grapes/raisins, onion/garlic, avocado, macadamia nut, etc.) will not be discussed in detail.
