Course overview
This presentation will offer a review of the most recent research findings regarding sleep problems in the elderly. Participants will learn to implement a treatment plan for sleep disorders and identify some of the challenges associated with establishing a successful sleep program within the SNF setting. In addition, there will be a discussion of how to rule out physical and environmental reasons as a possible cause for sleep problems.
