Course overview

This course is an in-depth exploration into the Wood element and its Officials (organs) with Professor Neil R. Gumenick. It begins with an explanation of the essential skills of rapport, leading us to the real and deepest needs of the patient, particularly at the levels of mind and Spirit. Neil will cover the real meanings of "no judgment", compassion, and the significance of symptoms in a truly holistic context. The session continues with descriptions of the Wood element as a whole, the diagnostics, functions of the two Wood Officials, particularly as they manifest at the mental and Spirit levels, and in-depth descriptions of the Spirits, names, meanings, and uses of selected points on each meridian: Gall Bladder and Liver.
