The course begins with an introduction to diagnostic tools including EMG, NCS, and MSK ultrasound, emphasizing their growing role in physical therapy and how they support medical necessity and enhance patient outcomes. Following this, learners will explore foundational and advanced concepts in electrodiagnostic testing, including nerve conduction studies and electromyography. Clinical applications, interpretation of waveforms, and hands-on scanning techniques for various joints using MSK ultrasound are covered in detail. Business aspects are addressed through sessions on reimbursement strategies, cost-benefit analysis, and marketing techniques to grow a diagnostic-focused practice.
