This hands-on course introduces students to the principles and techniques of Osteo-Massage, a unique fusion of osteopathy and therapeutic massage that emphasizes gentle, precise techniques to restore alignment, release fascial restrictions, and improve mobility. Students will learn to assess and treat common postural dysfunctions, soft tissue imbalances, and joint restrictions using a combination of myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and craniosacral techniques. By the end of the course, students will be able to integrate osteopathic principles into their massage practice to aid in the improvement of health concerns and client-centered care.

My name is Maria Matilde Hoffman, and I am introducing this course to discuss, instruct, and demonstrate the correct and effective application of Osteo-Massage. The Osteo-Massage course is an educational training established to teach bodywork professionals how to integrate osteopathic techniques with their prior knowledge of massage therapy and into their massage practices. The presentations and methods shown in this course have been effective in teaching both new and experienced massage therapists the practice of Osteo-Massage.
