Course overview
To effectively address pain to ensure delivery of best practices, as well as best outcomes, providers must be able to communicate with their patients to identify the best modality to relieve pain. The purpose of this course is to provide healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively communicate, with cultural understanding that creates an environment in which the patient feels heard, understood, and properly cared for.
