This workshop is aimed at supporting therapists in navigating challenging situations in therapy related to political uncertainty, stress, and division. We review challenges that may arise, explore various clinical dilemmas, and discuss ways to handle them in authentic, grounded, and ethical ways. Strategies to support therapists and clients are also presented.
