FS (Internal Family Systems) is a non-pathologizing and compassionate form of psychotherapy that works with parts of the personality to uncover a powerfully healing core essence. This 3 hour interactive workshop will cover the essential teachings of IFS and delve into its protocols for working with protective parts. You will learn through lectures, experiential activities and live demonstrations.
