Role modeling professional interactions, demonstrating actions, and giving timely and appropriate feedback to the students enhances the profession. Track preceptor hours per semester (1CEU awarded per 12hours of student engagement, max 6 per biennium) Review student evaluation of preceptor (preceptor must receive all greater or equal to a 4 on a 5 Likert scale throughout the entire semester) Evaluate student skill assessments based on AARC Guidelines (Preceptor must evaluate student skills)
