This course is intended for all health care professionals who care for patients and individuals with degenerative diseases of the central nervous system. This course is also intended for health care professionals seeking further knowledge about degenerative diseases of the CNS or are just transitioning to a realm of practice where this population group is served more. The goal of this course is for health care professionals to be able to identify the incidence, pathophysiology, clinical picture, medical management, and treatment for the following degenerative diseases of the CNS Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Alzheimers disease, Huntingtons disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinsons disease
