Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder affecting genetically predisposed individuals, whose only current treatment option is lifelong adherence to a gluten-free diet. Healthcare professionals support patients by recognizing risk factors, identifying symptoms, facilitating accurate diagnosis, and educating on dietary changes. By applying evidence-based dietary guidance, healthcare professionals can enhance patient outcomes, quality of life, and long-term adherence. The goal of this course is to educate the healthcare team on the identification and management of celiac disease.
