Join us for a day of learning with diabetic experts Wendy Barker, MEd, MA BSN, NCSN, CDCES from Cabell County, and Tammy Renzelli from Breakthrough T1D. Also joining us is Alicia Fox a representative from Omnipod. Wendy will dive into current trends for managing juvenile diabetics in the school setting. Dexcom and Omnipod reps will be providing hands on learning with their devices. The workshop is interactive with hands on learning. Emily Smaniotto a cardio metric educator will be here to present for Novo disk. There will be ample time for question-and-answer sessions as well as networking with other school nurses.
