Course overview

This seminar explores the relevance of rules such as Illinois court case decisions on appraisers and valuation experts. This seminar looks beyond the four corners of professional standards, such as USPAP, and introduces the appraiser to additional standards, guidelines, and rules that might be applicable to their work. Upon completion of this seminar, participants will have an understanding of the relevance of Illinois court decisions on their valuation services and will be in a better position to protect themselves by establishing an appropriate scope of work agreement with their client.
