Course overview
In level 1 reiki training students will be initiated into the healing practice of the Usui Reiki system. Each student will be attuned to the first level symbols and learn how to use Reiki energy. We will go over the history of Reiki, the hand positions, and have hands-on practice working with Reiki energy. Upon completion of course, students will be able to integrate this technique into their practice and be eligible for level 2.
