As part of the juvenile justice reform legislation effective October 1, 2024, community-based services and programs are encouraged and incentivized through the legislative changes to the Child Care Fund. This Lunch and Learn session will focus on community-based programming specific to rural courts. Viewers will be provided with details and examples from Cheboygan County's Compass Program, a community-based day treatment program that is utilized for youth within the county.
