Participants will be able to name both the challenges and opportunities presented by setbacks and change, will be able to describe how growth and fixed mindsets influence resilience and adaptation, will be able to explain the key components of resilience and how they help individuals navigate adversity, will be able to summarize contemporary perspectives on building resilience in response to lifes challenges, will be able to describe how neuroplasticity supports adaptive learning and emotional regulation, will be able to describe how habits influence resilience and name strategies for rewiring maladaptive patterns, and will be able to name evidence-based strategies to enhance resilience in both their clients and themselves.
