Broker Supervision and New WV Agency Law

Course overview

This course will instruct Brokers on how to supervise and train licensees to comply with WV License Act 30-40 and Legislative Rule Title 174, in explaining and disclosing the newly revise single, limited dual and the new designated agency relationships to buyers, sellers and consumers. Brokers and associate brokers will be able to instruct licensees in the use and explanation of the WV Consumers Guide to Agency Relationships and all the forms of WV Agency Representation to consumers and how each will impact their sie of the transaction. Brokers will use various agency relationships disclosure case study scenarios and town hall discussions to train an supervise licensees to comply and help clients and consumers to make informed representation choices and determine which form of representation will best protect their interests in a real estate transaction.
