Course overview

Licensee will be able to use specific skills to better serve and protect consumers, by providing the benefits of becoming a listed buyer client, placing their interest above all others. Listed buyer clients will benefit from these increased skills in the following ways, licensees in depth knowledge and skills in agency relationships, compensation issues, conducting buyer counseling and needs assessment sessions and the use of negotiation and marketing strategies for their benefit, use of disclosures and approved contract phrases, within the exclusive listed buyer client contracts, to insure timely disclosures and smooth transactions. These skill set safeguards were accomplished through in depth case studies of actual buyer client scenarios, town hall discussions, lecture and classroom interaction among participants. Student will be able to implement WV License Law Articles, agency fiduciary duties, Code of Ethics and state and federal regulations t protect the consuming public from unscrupulous and fraudulent real estate practices.
