Integration: Deepening the Ten Series

Course overview

This class will review and refine understanding of the theory and practice of each session. We will focus on the nature of structural relationships, the use of appropriate touch for the tissues and relationships therein, fine-tune body readings, and gain methods for further cultivation. We will also learn how each session can be viewed within a holistic framework. This class will include lectures in theory and anatomy, palpation labs, body reading labs, and session exchange.
