Course overview

This 2 hour continuing education course provides Colorado-licensed veterinarians with a comprehensive understanding of the legal, ethical, and regulatory framework governing veterinary medical practice in Colorado. Through case studies, interactive scenarios, and regulatory analysis, participants will strengthen their ability to make informed decisions in compliance with the Colorado Veterinary Practice Act and the State Boards administrative rules. The course covers standards of care, recordkeeping, supervision, informed consent, telehealth, and the disciplinary process.
