Preceptors and clinical managers often lack the information necessary to understand the learning styles of their mentees. Recognizing and adapting to the different ways individuals learn can improve teaching methods and engage various learners. This course is designed to equip healthcare preceptors with foundational strategies to tailor their instructional approach, leveraging adult learning theory and a variety of learning styles. By fostering adaptive teaching methods, this course aims to improve engagement in the precepting model and thus enhance the outcome of the precepting model.
