Falls are the leading cause of injury-related deaths in older adults, with over 3 million emergency de-partment visits annually in the U.S. alone. But it's not just all about falls, Physical Therapists play a criti-cal role in addressing the multifactorial risks associated with functional decline and hospitalization in the aging population.
