While sharing CBT & core principles helping clients identify situationally driven thoughts and unhelpful beliefs that exacerbate emotional distress TBCT distinguishes itself through unique conceptualization strategies and innovative techniques. In this seminar, Dr. Irismar will present specific tools and techniques aimed at modifying TBCT's first- level cognitions, commonly referred to as automatic thoughts (ATs).
