Course overview

Transformative Couples Therapy is an approach to relationship counseling that focuses not just on resolving surface-level issues but on facilitating deep emotional and relational growth for each partner and the couple as a whole. It aims to transform how partners experience themselves, each other, and the relationship, especially in the face of conflict, disconnection, or stuck patterns. By providing a culturally attuned lens, it allows for relational growth that speaks to whole-person and systems healing.
