Objective Upon completion of this course, the therapist will be able to: 1.Have an understanding of what being healthy means. 2.See how the therapists health can affect the health of clients & vice versa 3.Recognize the signs of Burn Out 4.Understand why being healthy can save you time and money 5.Identify & relate to the World Health Organization, (W.H.O.) 6.Find a healthy balance with career and family 7.Increase Stamina, Reduce Fatigue and Prevent Injury 8.Understand food synergy and when nutritional supplements are needed 9.Understand how stress, hormones and daily living factor into good/bad health Student must score 70% or better on the test (10 questions) and complete course evaluation to earn a Certificate of Completion for this CEU class. 2013
