Discussion of natural biological Sexual Response Cycle.
Students will practice using an Intervention Model to determine safety in a situation and maintain boundaries.
Students will have examples of Informed Consent which can stem from initial intake and be accessed on a continual basis.
Students will be given practices for establishing a strong presence and grounding as well as developing a sixth sense for truth of a situation.
Students will see Interface Touch Exercise videos.
Students will learn Dr. Fritz Smith’s Criteria for Touch.
Students will be introduced to Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication (NVC) program. Suggested Role-Playing scenarios.
Students will consider their own professional and personal ethical standards and experiences and have supportive texts and cards to look to if questionable ethical situations occur.
Steps for Resolving Ethical Dilemmas on a handy card.
Students will be given Role Play situations to test their assertive abilities.
Students will consider resources for a safe and successful massage practice.
Students will be given self-care movements and meditations to strengthen their awareness and response abilities.
