What is fibromyalgia and how can massage therapy benefit people who suffer from it? This class will talk about fibromyalgia symptoms and possible contraindications for massage therapy. We will go over the various massage therapy techniques that can be used in sessions for people with fibromyalgia and practice them. At the end of the class, you will feel confident designing an appropriate massage therapy session for people with fibromyalgia.
