Course overview

We all struggle at times. It may be our bad choices, mistakes, or habits. These can eventually turn into a lifestyle filled with serious consequences. People can learn to break free from their struggles with anger. Here, you will find the lessons you need to live a life of freedom. Some of us have a hard time acknowledging anything about our situation. Many people run from their feelings and refuse to share them with others. It can be awkward and make a person feel vulnerable or even weak if they open up, especially to strangers who may not understand or accept their issues. We can become concerned and run from talking out of a fear of . . . Embarrassment? You may be afraid that sharing your story and situation will embarrass you because of certain details That might make you look bad. Criticism? It can be a real concern that people will criticize you for certain actions you have taken. Exposure? You may be concerned that sharing your story will expose you and make you vulnerable to other people. These approaches will help therapists and medical staff relate to those who are struggling with anger and stress. In this presentation, Dr. Paul Hardy will review the basics of anger management.
