Agents will learn how to recognize early warning signs, understand seasonal upkeep needs, and explain basic maintenance concepts to clients in a clear and confident way. Included is a seasonal maintenance checklist that agents can share with buyers and sellers. This checklist helps agents provide added value, whether they are working with first-time homeowners, preparing a listing, or supporting clients after closing. We will also focus on pre-listing preparation. Agents will review common inspection issues and learn how to help sellers fix simple problems before listing. This proactive approach supports smoother closings and stronger client relationships. To support ongoing engagement, the course includes ready-to-use communication tools. Agents will receive email and social media templates that encourage client follow-up and position the agent as a long-term resource.
