This comprehensive modular course provides behavioral health clinicians with essential knowledge of Florida Laws and Rules relating to supervision, effective clinical supervision practices, and culturally responsive supervisory approaches. Participants will explore legal and ethical guidelines, including telehealth regulations, informed consent, and dual relationships, ensuring compliance with state regulations. The course also examines group supervision strategies, key supervisory roles and responsibilities, and modern approaches to supervision that enhance success in both community mental health and private practice settings. Additionally, this training emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in supervision, equipping clinicians with frameworks for multicultural competence, power dynamics awareness, and strategies for supporting supervisees from marginalized backgrounds.
