Course overview

This 2 hour course is designed to present an evidence-based approach primarily focused on addressing non-operative patients of various ages and abilities affected by PFP and OA. Clinicians will learn a comprehensive approach to treatment including dry needling, soft tissue mobilization, progressive exercises and return to play criteria based on threshold training principles. Rehab principles and information can be applied to postoperative patient populations as well.
