Course overview

This course provides an overview of medications used to manage congestive heart failure (CHF). Learners will explore the purpose of medications, common symptoms associated with medication use, medical implications on quality of life, and CHF medication management and research. The course will also discuss the methods of action associated with these medications and the nurses' role in CHF medication, education, and management. This course is intended for advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs).
