This comprehensive course explores the critical role of the multifidus muscle in achieving dynamic segmental spinal stability. Participants will delve into spinal biomechanics, detailed anatomy of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions, and the unique structural and functional characteristics of the multifidus. Through a mix of didactic content and hands-on facilitation strategies, this course highlights how dysfunction in the multifidus contributes to spinal instability and chronic low back pain.
