Course overview

Students will learn specific Reflexology and Relaxation Techniques, terminology, foot anatomy and a general understanding of the body's systems and how the feet relate to them. They will learn how to properly perform a reflexology session, as well as experience first hand some of the benefits of reflexology by working on other students and by being worked on by students and the instructor. This will allow them to gain a deeper understanding of the definition of reflexology and the various ways that reflexology can positively effect the body and mind, to learn some approaches to address client's complaints and confidently integrate reflexology into their practice.
