Course overview

This 2-hour course provides occupational therapists (OTs) and occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) with an overview of the laws and rules governing occupational therapy practice in Florida. It covers key regulations, including Florida Statutes Chapters 456 and 468 (Part III), and the Florida Administrative Code, Division 64B11. By completing this course, practitioners will gain the knowledge needed to maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and uphold their professional credentials in good standing.
