Course overview

The New Hampshire Core Course is a three-hour continuing education course that real estate licensees in New Hampshire must complete every two years to renew their license. The course covers a range of topics, including: Real estate laws: Updates on recent changes to state and federal laws, as well as key rulings from the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission.
